Booking information

Millfield Homestead can accommodate 14 guests or 11 guests in separate beds. A two night minimal stay is required.
- Bedroom 1 – King Bed plus additional King Single (3)
- Bedroom 2 – King Bed or 2 King Singles plus additional King Single (3)
- Bedroom 3 – King Bed with ensuite (2)
- Bedroom 4 – King Bed or 2 King singles (2)
- Bedroom 5 – King Bed or 2 King singles (2)
- Bedroom 6 – King Bed (2)
Please provide your preferred bed configuration 14 days prior to arrival. If we do not receive a configuration request we will set the home up as our standard, 6 king beds and 2 single beds.
We can also provide a host of extras to make your stay perfect for you. Think breakfast provisions, Hunter Valley cheese platters, help with transport and babysitting, wine tours, private catering, yoga classes and massage treatments – you name it, and we’ll do our best to arrange it, we’ve got some pretty handy contacts on call!

Parking.
There is ample space for parking, including a garage.
Please do not drive or park on the grass at the right hand side of the front of the home. No parking signs are in place to remind you.
Our Policies.
Booking conditions and payment
Payment of your deposit or total fee for your booking indicates an acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and confirmation of your booking.
We ask for a 25% payment within 2 days and this can be paid via direct deposit or credit card. A 1.7% credit card fee will be charged on all for VISA and MASTERCARD transactions.
A final payment is required 2 weeks prior to your arrival and includes a $500 security bond which will be refunded once the property has been inspected for damage.
Cancellations
We are a small business with a high occupancy rate and cancellations affect us greatly, therefore we have a strict cancellation policy.
All cancellations incur a $100 administration fee.
If you cancel between 3 months or more prior to your arrival date a 10% cancellation fee of the booking total will be incurred unless we are able to secure another booking for the same dates.
If you cancel between 30 and 90 days of your arrival date a 50% cancellation fee of the booking total will be incurred unless we are able to secure another booking for the same dates.
If you cancel 30 days or less prior to your arrival date no refund is available.
